To achieve our Quality Policy standard ,we focus our endeavors in the following areas

To achieve Customer satisfaction for product quality, timely deliveries and after-sales-service for not less than 90% cases, the ultimate aim being 100% satisfaction.
To constantly monitor the quality of the Products, components and subassemblies received from our principals whereby the rejection rate and wastage is contained at less than 5%.
To assess and impart training to our employees and technical staff for minimum 2 men days per year to enhance their knowledge, skill and behaviour
To adopt accident free industrial practices throughout the organization.
